We are excited to introduce an extension to Staff Times specifically designed for trades companies whose employees regularly clock in and out on-site, at fixed locations or on the construction site. The new QR code clock-in feature makes time tracking seamless and efficient.
How it works
Account administrators can now easily download a unique QR code from the stafftimes.com platform. This QR code can be printed and placed anywhere on-site. When employees arrive at work, they simply open the My Time app on their smartphone, scan the QR code and voilà - they're clocked in! The same process also applies to clocking out at the end of their shift.

Getting started
- Log in to your Staff Times account (Login: Company account).
- Navigate to the QR code section in the admin panel (Manage Users).
- Download your unique QR code.
- Print and attach the QR code to your desired location.
- Instruct your staff to use the My Time app to scan the QR code when clocking in and out.
