Now you can apply minute interval rules to your time picker and round up or down to your preferred minute interval. Set the time picker to display a variety of minute intervals such as 2, 3, 5, 10 and 15 minutes. Here is a 15 minute interval view on android devices:

What's more, the check-in button will apply an up, down or nearest rounding on the start and end times as per your rounding settings.
